An Employee Reference Generator lets HR departments generate customized employee references efficiently. Through a customizable and user-friendly questionnaire, all relevant employment and performance data is collected. Using these inputs the tool determines the applicable clauses and phrases reflecting the individual performance.
A final version of the reference letter is generated automatically and by integrating the tool with existing document management or HR software the letter is saved and referenced in the company’s system of record.
