London, November 3rd, 2020

BRYTER, the leader in no-code automation for regulated industries, today announced the appointment of Ross Moynihan to further boost international growth. Ross joins as Global Director of Sales Development and Commercial Growth. In this new role, Ross will focus on creating sustainable pipeline growth, building on the rapid growth BRYTER has seen over the past 12 months.

“Ross is very experienced in scaling sales development for high growth companies and is a huge asset for BRYTER as we amplify the rapid growth we’ve experienced,” says Micha-Manuel Bues, CCO of BRYTER. “We have ambitious plans over the coming years, and I’m thrilled to have such an accomplished and visionary leader join us.”

Ross brings years of experience in managing and scaling sales development teams in high-volume organizations to his new role at BRYTER. Most recently, Ross focused on further expansion beyond Datadog Dublin, acting as a key figure in scaling out international hubs throughout the EMEA region. Crucially this was managed during a successful and transitionary period in Datadog, a SaaS company focused on monitoring services for cloud-based applications, that listed as a public company in September 2019.

Ross explains: “There is a growing number of new and proven technology companies servicing the needs of enterprise clients, and yet BRYTER immediately stood out to me. It’s not just their current trajectory that makes BRYTER special, it’s the people and culture that really stand out. The team are industry experts in legal and compliance tech, bringing a warmth, humor and creativity to everything they do. BRYTER’s values include inclusion, collaboration and commitment, all of which were clearly apparent in how the team works together to do all that they do (which is a lot!).

BRYTER is the market-leading no-code automation platform for professionals and is already being used by some of the world’s biggest companies and law firms to rapidly build digital solutions and deliver expert knowledge. Looking forwards, BRYTER is expanding globally at a rapid pace. BRYTER is not in a growth phase, it’s in a hypergrowth phase. And when you take that hypergrowth, and add to it the team and the culture, it creates a truly unique and exciting opportunity, and I’m delighted to join BRYTER on this journey”.

Ross has a background in research and consultancy, with over seven years’ experience working at Ireland’s largest independent market research firm, before moving into technology and sales functions. This background led Ross to the new wave of conducting research, Experience Management at Qualtrics. In 2016 he was part of the landing team in Qualtrics EMEA, helping to shape their robust Dublin sales presence prior to their acquisition by SAP in late 2018. Following this, he joined Datadog Dublin as their first in-country sales executive. Prior to joining BRYTER, Ross helped to grow Datadog’s sales engine to 150+ employees, whilst becoming a Founding Member of the Revenue Collective Irish Chapter in June of this year.
