Our CEO Michael Grupp talks about the major functioning of the BRYTER platform and explains why such a tool has been missing: Most experts, especially lawyers and compliance professionals, are reasoning in complex structures that cannot be easily formalized. BRYTER is the toolset that helps to visualize and automate complex decision making.

Back in 2013 the Legal Tech Company Lexalgo was a winner in the first HSG St. Gallen Alumni Startup Competition. At that time, our current CEO Michael Grupp had co-founded and assisted the Project and helped it emerge into a Legal Tech pioneer. This year, Lexalgo was acquired and subsequently integrated into the BRYTER Platform – reason enough for our team to look back and give some feedback on what has happened since.
